# Return & Refund Policy

At Narumma Herbals , customer satisfaction is our priority.

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.

## Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product packaging is tampered

## Return Request Time
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product photos/videos
- Issue details

## Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

## Non-Returnable Items
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
